For the company it means that they can prove that personal data is handled in a safely way.

Generally, there should not be collected and registered more data than necessary, and they should not be stored longer than necessary.

We do not collect any information about visitors of the website.

Customers and suppliers

We collect the information about our customers as we see as necessary for the day-to-day operations. These information may include phone numbers and e-mail address from buyers.

The data are stored in our ERP system and they will also be found in the mail system and the shared data drive.

The current employees at DanBlumen are informed about the current rules of personal data and it is a set procedure in the training of a new employees.

Fundamental principles

Personal data is defined as any kind of information about an identified or identifiable physical person.

Data at DanBlumen are collected and handled based on the fundamental principles in the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Legality

We only handle the data that we have the warrant for.

Here is distinguished between legal, consent, lawful or contractual warrant.

Fairness

We only handle the amount of data that serves a reasonable purpose.

Transparency

We clearly inform our employees and business partners about our handling of the data.

Dataprocessing and rights

Exchange of data:

The only data exchange there is, is the data of employees, which are exchanged as a part of the legal and contractual necessary declaration. DanBlumen has entered into data processor agreements with all the relevant business partners. In case of others possibility to approach the data, there will be signed a confidentiality agreement.

Storage of data:

All electronic data is stored on servers in Denmark. Data exchange can also happen via Office365. Servers and the computers of the employees are all protected by updated firewalls and antivirus programs. Physical data are stored in lockers.

Rights:

Confer the Eu General Data Protection Regulation you as a private person, always have the right to be informed about which information we store regarding you, have these information updated, handed out and/or deleted. Private persons do also have their right to complain to the data protection agency for the companies way of handling the data.

Data security

The systems at DanBlumen are protected by updated firewalls, spam filter and antivirus programs. The computers are protected by personal passwords. Only the employees, who are having a work-related purpose with the personal data, has access to them.

Deletion and data leak

Deletion

The data will be deleted safely when the scheduled time of deletion comes.

If finding a possible data leak, DanBlumen will within 72 hours inform the data protection agency.
